- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First call the customer to have a small chat about the customer's needs and the location and the convenient time to do the free estimate of the job. Then the customer will get a written quote. High Quality is our commitment with reasonable price, investing in good quality materials and professional work today will save time and money in the long run. The work done with us comes with a two-year warranty, and we do not ask for final payment until the project is complete, walked through and it is satisfactorily accepted by the customer.
