Cannot say enough positive things. From the start the quote process, scheduling, and arrival were all prompt and on time . The entire staff were friendly and absolutely who you want for all of your moving or trash removals needs. They will be our first call every time and they should be everyone’s !!!!
Details: No large items to haul • Furniture, appliances or electronics • Enough to fill half of a pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

awesome experience The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and took great care of my stuff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole moving process a lot less stressful. Everything arrived in perfect condition . I'd definitely recommend Ainka automotive to anyone who needs a reliable moving company .

I’m giving Anika Automotive Service two stars because they did remove my trash in a timely manner. Unfortunately, what happened afterward was extremely disappointing.
About a week after the pickup, some of the trash they had removed from my property showed back up in my front yard, along with a note stating that they would be returning the rest of my trash. Over the following week, every other day, additional boxes of my trash were left in my front yard.
Based on what happened, I am concerned that the trash may not have been disposed of properly, or that some of it may have fallen from the truck while being transported. I ultimately had to pay/have someone else haul the trash away and make sure it was disposed of legally.
I’m grateful that I did not receive a citation or face any consequences for possible illegal dumping involving my trash, but I am very dissatisfied with the service and how this situation was handled.
If you choose to book this company for trash or junk removal, I strongly recommend asking exactly where and how your trash will be disposed of and verifying that it is being taken to a legal disposal facility.

We want to clarify that the items collected from your property were handled and disposed of appropriately as part of our junk-removal process. We take proper disposal seriously and do not intentionally dump or return customers’ discarded items to their property.
While transporting and unloading junk, there can be circumstances outside of our control, including loose or lightweight items potentially shifting during transport. However, we cannot confirm that this is what occurred in this situation or verify how the items described in your review ended up back at the property after our service was completed.

Absolutely horrible experience. I hired this company specifically because I needed my belongings moved carefully, especially my bookshelves. The one thing I was most concerned about being moved without damage is the ONE thing they damaged.
On top of that, the service was extremely delayed and the communication was poor. To make matters worse, there was an issue where they attempted to leave with my belongings in their U-Haul, and I had to tell them to bring my property back before I contacted the police. That is completely unacceptable.
I paid for a moving service because I expected my belongings to be handled with care and delivered safely. Instead, I ended up dealing with delays, poor communication, damaged property, and an extremely stressful situation.
Then, after all of that, I received a generic message about how they “value every customer” and strive to provide the “best moving experience possible.” Based on my experience today, that statement could not feel further from reality.
I would not recommend this company. If you decide to use them, document EVERYTHING and keep a close eye on your belongings.
