Certified Health Coach and over 12 years of food service, culinary arts training, meal prep, and restuarant cooking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have enjoyed experimenting with food since I was 6. I constantly challenge my skills and recipes professionally and for fun. I have a passion for food, healthy eating, wellness and sharing that knowledge with others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Kids. Young chefs are inspiring and very engaging and willing to try something colorful and new. Quick learners. Adults. I help my adult clients with implementing new ingredients and flavors into their meals. Some goals is usually healing foods, alternative ingredients, and taste dishes inspired by my travels around the world. Meal Prep. I help clients in coming up with custom made meal prep plans for the average working class individual, who strive to implement good old home cooking into their families lives.
