I have worked with Kojo Properties for over a year now. Kolandra is professional and experienced. She is always available when I reach out and has good resources to help me maintain my property. I have hired super large companies and always felt like a number, not to mention, the high turnover; yet, smaller agents proved unreliable and inexperienced. Kojo provides what I wanted – an experienced professional to help me screen and manage tenants and tenant relations, set competitive rental rates, maintain my investment, and navigate compliance and legal changes.
