I can't say enough good things about my experience with John. When he first came to look at the condo, he only had positive things to say about it. I had already planned to have it painted and new carpet installed, and he said that's all I needed to do. After the improvements were done, we listed on a Friday and had an offer for the full asking price my Monday. It was literally the easiest, fastest and most pleasant real estate closing I've ever experienced, and I've been through a few!

I had the pleasure of posting an initial review almost a year ago regarding Crystal's services and now I'm here with a follow-up to say that she came through on every aspect of her services...not only did she find my husband and I a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental home in a great neighborhood, she was able to land us a tenant for our condo...and guess what, it was all seamless...and since I love to refer great services to great people, we referred her to our neighbor and she was able to find a tenant for her rental property as well...!!! They're definitely not the cheapest but it shows in their service and they are worth more than their weight in gold. Christian and his firm are at the upper echelon of property management and real estate firms. I rolled the dice after being screwed over by another management company and sent 3 properties their way. Well, you get what you pay for. They were on top of everything from the get go and I no longer worry about my investments. I used to have to constantly call the other management company for updates, for my disbursement, for everything. I was constantly out of the loop. They usually took 3-4 days to reply to my emails or calls - if that. During the transition, B&A replied to my emails immediately and answered all my calls. It's been a few months now and I don't even call or email them anymore. My money is in my account when it needs to be. The owner portal shows me everything I need to see. They reach out and update me on important things - like my tenant being so happy with the new management that they are renewing their lease. I honestly couldn't be happier and look forward to working with them on purchasing and managing more investment properties in the future.
