I've been cooking since I was about 8yrs old, taught by my Daddy!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Plann and execute events. Create menus, often new recipes to fit clients taste. Creating and finding event space. The ability to put my clients personality into the decor, food at their event.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I catered the graduation reception for a local college for 600 people.
