- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally work by the hour for a reasonable rate of 45.00 per hour. I will however give a customer a quote if that's what they want and prefer however I do charge a one hour flat rate of 45.00 if it is out of the Douglasville area to cover my time and expenses. I do offer a 10% discount for senior citizens over the age of 62 years old.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Basic and advanced blueprint reading, osha's 30 safety coarse.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I basically started construction at the at the end of my eleventh grade in high school. (part time) My best friends Dad was a remodeling contractor and he and I worked for his Dad on the weekends and summer break.
