I placed my request online with Thumbtack and received a response from Caesar within an hour. He provided me with a reasonable assembly fee after receiving a picture of the chair ordered. I had just ordered the chair earlier that day, so I had to monitor Amazon for the estimated delivery. Caesar advised to keep him abreast of the estimated delivery date and he would try to schedule assembly on the delivery date or the next day. The original estimated delivery date was one week from the purchase date, but I received an update the next day that the delivery date had been moved up to within 24 hours. I advised Caesar who stated he would be available to assemble the chair as soon as it arrived. True to his word, the chair was delivered the next day around noon. Caesar arrived to assemble the chair within 3 hours of my notification that the chair had arrived. I received what I considered VIP service with Caesar. He monitored the website for updates from me and responded very quickly to changes in the delivery date. I was so appreciative because my current office chair was falling apart and I needed a new chair delivered and installed immediately. Caesar did just that for me and I am very grateful for his expedited response to my request. When he arrived, he came bearing tools to complete the job. When he entered my home, he asked if he should take his shoes off. I told him that wasn't necessary. I gave him options where he could assemble the chair. He chose a spot and got right to work. When he finished, he took the packaging, the box, and the old office chair with him, leaving the area as clean as it was when he started. I could not have asked for a more professional person to complete this job. His response time to my request was very quick. He stayed abreast of the delivery date and made himself available soon after the delivery. He expertly assembled the chair and hauled away all traces of the packaging and the old chair. I had 4 doors that needed thresholds and weather stripping. Quote was around $200-$250 per door. The first door was done 1 day and additional thresholds were ordered for a later installation date. Pn the fiest day, the weather stripping was replaced on the first door and the threshold was replaced, but a 2 inch gap was left under the door. The installer said I needed a taller door, so I went and purchased a whole new slab. I'll trust the experts The second day I wasn't around during the installation of the thresholds on the last doors and weather stripping. However, to my surprise, when I arrived, my front door was wide open and wouldn't shut. Some big thick foam weather stripping had been installed over top the already existing weather stripping and the door wouldn't shut. Another door was shut but stuck because the weather stripping was tacky and not cut down to the frame, so it got stuck on everything. I also looked around the thresholds and saw just gobs of sealant around the doors just haphazardly added, including ontop of foam weather stripping (example attached). I voiced my concern to Jake, including that I had to remove the weather stripping to close my door, but he seemed to not care in the slightest. Stay as far away from this company as possible. Update: Jake did reach out to me shortly after posting this review to ask about a threshold issue I also texted him about shortly after posting this review.
