I have actually had a chance to do a full walk through of the cleaning and very disappointed. The cleaning was not the best. At first glance a few counter items and as well as dresser items were moved so I thought looked good ,but realized not properly wet wiped for all counters especially, kitchen and bath or just feather dusted for furniture. Even, all cleaners wiped behind and around the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom but this was not done. I wiped and water stain scum picked up. when I pointed out the dusting not done on the dresser Jessica stated that the dust was blowing from the vent?? I was in disbelief and when I pointed out my house was just cleaned 3 weeks ago so not very dirty and the master bath tub was not clean, she said they wiped it. SMH..... I am more frustrated because I tipped her $25 cash on top of the $260 I paid for my service that is $285 for basic items that should have been caught. I will end the communication on a good note.. The assistant Evian or Eva ? did a phenomenal job with the master bathroom shower and they did a great job vacuuming all floors and mopping all floors.
