Beyond impressed with Royal Haul Movers. We had picked up some furniture and quickly realized that we were not going to be able to get it up the stairs in our home. Craig responded quickly and was able to come to our home within 2 hours. They quickly got this massive furniture into our bedroom and made sure to protect the furniture as well as the floors as we moved it around.
We highly recommend hiring royal haul and will definitely be using them in the future if we need help around the house and or with a full home move. Thank you so much!

Craig, Adriana and their team were fantastic. They took my job on short notice, and while their price was what I was expecting to pay, as moving day went on, I realized that they had way underbid. My job was bigger than even I had expected. They never complained, they just kept working. I approached Adriana as they were getting ready to take the first load to our new house and told her we needed to round up the bill to something more appropriate. I appreciate when the owners take pride in their work, and honor their price. They never once complained and their team worked nearly 12 hours that day.
They took better care of our things then we wood have.
If you have the opportunity to have them do your move, do it. You will not regret it.

Very hard workers! They moved some huge pieces in extraordinary ways. Planning could improve.... our move required two trucks and only one was brought which caused some late night moving and repeat trips. Would hire again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is the same for new and returning customers; we need to understand what each client has to move so we can be efficient in time and packing the truck, but after submitting the inventory checklist, we take care of the rest. We strive for our clients to feel safe and peaceful during each move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As professional movers, we have a combination of physical strength, stamina, and we pay great attention to detail. All of our movers are trained and familiar with our company's policies. They are diligent when wrapping client's items and packing them into boxes to prevent damage. We really take care because we care.
