He was as good as advertised. Very professional, reasonable on cost, and explained everything. Shows up to work. Had him take care a number of things for me(new hot water heater, new PRV, new shutoff valve for toilet, upgraded piping etc.

Came out the next day for a diagnosis and was very clear about options for fixing. Decided to go with a replacement of the water heater and the job was completed less than 6 hours later.
