The service was excellent! I requested a quote from J and K and received a very quick response. They were very accommodating and professional, so I hired them to do the work. When James arrived, he did a quick inspection and reiterated what their process was. He did a wonderful job pressurewashing the exterior of my house, driveway, walkways, and retaining wall. James was very thorough and I am so happy with the results, everything is so much brighter! I will definitely be giving J and K a call for my future pressurewashing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different. Pricing is dependent on what all you need done and what we estimate to be the length of time that we will need to finish the project. Keep in mind that any additional items added after initial estimate could result in additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin with doing an estimate on your project. You have 2 options of how the estimate is done. You can choose to send us photos of what you would like to have done or we can schedule a date and time (free of charge) to come out and view. If the pricing is to your liking, we will set a date and time for your project to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As mentioned before, I have had extensive training while working with other jobs. I also stay current on all of the latest techniques that will give your project the best results.
