The owner asked me why did I go in another direction and did not hire her company. This was unprofessional to me because every company a person inquire about will not be a good fit, so the person shouldn't ask why. Just say thanks for inquiring and move on and take that as a time to improve. Especially, if you didn't have a website to provide and you didn't provide much information-only a check list. I had other companies that immediately provided me their website, their social media and some references without me asking. I own and operate a childcare business I wouldn't ask potential customers why didn't you go with my center. I would use that as time to reflect and make some changes as I see fit. I wish this company and owner the very best in this industry and I will refer others to them for future business."See more
