Joe came out the same day we needed the thermocoupler replaced on our 11 year old water heater. Very responsive and professional. He had to come back the next day to tweak a couple items but saw the job thru to completion. Honest and fair, I will trust Joe to complete other plumbing needs for our house in the future.

Joe did a great job - I live in a high-rise condominium and was very careful on the plumber I hired for the installation of a hot water heater particular because of my living situation with 224 other units in my building. I was impressed with Joe's experience in working on commercial buildings and high-rise buildings as well as traditional homes. Joe was prompt and gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. Was very pleased. I had previously had a 6 year old hot water explode and flood into a downstairs condominium so I wanted to hire a plumber who was highly qualified and ensure that this wouldn't happen again. The pricing was reasonable and was $300 under a quote I received from a national plumbing firm for the installation of a hot water heater. I give ReelMcCoy Plumbing my highest recommendation.
