What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Consultation is provided to each customer. During this time, the customer will provide information about their hair extensions & what she want to achieve with hair extensions. We will provide customer with info about extensions how to properly care for them. Customer will be shown different hair, textures & colors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 17years of hand on experience and certified in hair extensions making us an expert in hair extensions. We stand 100% behind our work! We provide everything in writing plus a Guarantee!
