We offer free estimates for most projects. For small service calls, there may be a minimum service fee to cover travel and setup. Larger jobs are typically quoted at a flat project rate, so there are no surprises. We provide multi-service discounts for customers booking multiple repairs or maintenance tasks in one visit. Senior, veteran, and repeat-customer discounts are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: You call, text, or submit a request to us. Estimate: We gather details, schedule a quick call or site visit, and provide a clear written estimate. Scheduling: Once approved, we set a date and time that works best for you. Work Day: We arrive on time, complete the job professionally, and keep your property clean. Walkthrough & Payment: After the work is done, we do a quick review with you to ensure you’re satisfied. Follow-Up: We check in afterward to make sure everything meets your expectations.
