• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My pricing is straightforward, transparent, and based on the specific work you need. I offer flat rates for common handyman tasks and hourly pricing for projects that require troubleshooting or multiple repairs. Before any work begins, I provide a clear estimate so you know exactly what to expect—no hidden fees or surprise charges. For larger jobs or multiple tasks completed in the same visit, I offer bundle or multi-service discounts to help you save. If materials are required, I’ll let you know the cost upfront or you’re welcome to provide your own. Travel fees may apply only for areas outside my primary service zone, and those are always communicated in advance. My goal is to deliver fair, competitive pricing with reliable workmanship every customer can trust.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  When working with a new customer, I begin by asking for a clear description of the tasks you need completed. If needed, I request photos or schedule a quick walkthrough so I can understand the scope of the work and provide an accurate estimate. Once we confirm the details, I explain the pricing, timeline, and any materials required. When the appointment is set, I arrive on time, review the plan with you, and make sure we’re aligned before starting any work. During the job, I work efficiently, maintain a clean workspace, and update you if anything unexpected comes up. After the project is finished, I walk you through the results, ensure everything meets your expectations, and answer any questions you may have. My goal is to make the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have hands-on experience and practical training in a wide range of handyman services, including general repairs, installations, minor electrical and plumbing tasks, carpentry, and home maintenance. Over the years, I’ve gained real-world skills by working on residential projects, learning proper techniques, and staying up to date with safety standards and best practices. While I focus on work that falls within the scope of a handyman, I’m committed to doing every job correctly, safely, and with attention to detail. My background combines field experience, continuous learning, and a strong understanding of how to diagnose and complete home repair tasks efficiently.
