Loranas team is the real deal! We used her company for a commercial cleaning on our home before listing to sell. This is my 3rd time going through this process, but first time using her. I used them twice. Both times I was mostly satisfied, but had a couple of minor complaints. The living room rug was not fully vacuumed as they didn’t move the coffee table (not a heavy one) or ottoman, so I found crumbs both there and a little still on the couch cushions. It didn’t look like they vacuumed the couch. But overall everything else was good!
