- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fixed for all standard products; however, custom orders are priced based on intricacy, the size of the item in question, the quantity and weight of the decor, or the availability of a particular ingredient or color.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I usually do personal orders for private events, although I have catered community events as well.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was asked to create a cake for a client that would serve 40-50 guests. The theme of the party was Batman and the cake flavor was chocolate. This was the largest party cake I had made to date. The process took 6 hours from making the batter and buttercream to the assembly, icing, and piping of the decorations (it can be viewed on my website under 'Special Occasion Shop'. The cake was delivered fresh on the following day and was enjoyed by everyone so much that I have decided to expand into other superheroes as well!
