Training was awesome! I really enjoyed Gabby and I anticipate returning in a month to workout with her again. The meal plans and online workouts were also a plus and easy to follow. My results were great as well. Overall great experience and I appreciate Crystal for working with me in the midst of uncertain times for me.Oct 6, 2020VerifiedCrystal’s Fitness LLC's reply
Thank you for the review! We’re happy we helped you achieve your goals!
Crystal helped me achieve my goals of how I wanted my body to look for my wedding. I gave her a short 8 weeks to help me tone my arms and abs so I could look my best in my wedding dress, and that's exactly what she did! She helped me lose 11 pounds and 2 inches from my waist in just 8 weeks. Her training includes meal plans and suggestions for supplements. She made the meal plan accommodating to my needs. She gave me the motivation and confidence I needed while working out. Before Crystal, I would just go to the gym and do cardio because I honestly did not know how to work most of the machines. She shows you how to work all the machines and has built my confidence up to where I am no longer afraid of the free weight side of the gym or what I like to call "the big girl side." Along with the meal plan she gives you a weekly calendar with what you should be doing each day which really helps keep you on track. I have kept Crystal as my personal trainer even after my wedding because she is that great!!Jan 10, 2019Verified
Love Crystal! Working out and this healthy life style eating is all new to me. She has a system in place that makes it very easy to do complete shooing list & recipes. Our workouts are fantastic & I love the fact that she’ll either meet with me at the gym or my home. She’s wonderful to work with. After 1 week, I’ve already lost 2lbs. I’m looking forward to seeing great resultsNov 23, 2019VerifiedCrystal’s Fitness LLC's reply
