At Ferris Fitness, we offer transparent and flexible pricing designed to fit your needs and goals: Semi-Private Training: Starting at $35/session (up to 4 people). 1-on-1 Personal Training: Fully personalized sessions for a more tailored experience. We also offer FREE 3D Body Scans and Fitness Consultations to help you get started. Discounts: Save 10% with a 6-month commitment. Save 15% with a 12-month commitment. There are no hidden fees, and we provide incredible value through personalized training, advanced tools like our STYKU 3D Body Scanner, and expert coaching. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Ferris Fitness, we prioritize creating a personalized and welcoming experience for every new member. Here’s what you can expect: Initial Phone Call: We start with a quick call to learn about your fitness goals, current experience, and what you’re looking to achieve. Private Gym Tour & 3D Body Scan: We invite you to visit our gym for a private tour and a complimentary 3D Body Scan. This advanced technology gives us nearly 200 detailed measurements to help design a strategy tailored to your goals. Introduction to Our Tools: We’ll walk you through the Ferris Fitness app, where you can track your meals, access online workouts, and stay on top of your progress. Your First Free Session: After discussing your goals and preferences, we’ll schedule your first free session. Your completely customized program will begin on Day 1 so you can experience working with our expert trainers and see if we’re the right fit for you. We’re here to guide you every step of the way and ensure you feel confident and supported from the start!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of Ferris Fitness, I bring over a decade of experience in fitness and wellness, backed by certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM): Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) These certifications allow me to design personalized training programs, provide expert nutrition coaching, and help clients achieve their goals safely and effectively. I’m passionate about creating a supportive environment where members can thrive, and I continuously stay up to date with the latest fitness techniques and technologies, such as the STYKU 3D Body Scanner for detailed body composition analysis.
