- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a superior service with great value. I will do the job the correct way and make sure that my customer doesn’t have to call me back for at least 2 years. Our prices are competitive but still lower than high priced similar services;however, the customer still gets the same quality and care for their property as the most expensive services. Great prices, amazing quality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We consult over the phone. I give them my process. I ensure that they understand the process and then allow them to ask as many questions as they need. Then we book the job. I confirm with them. Then I complete the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working for a guy that taught me everything. Then I realized I could do it for myself.
