My doorbell wiring wasn't giving me enough voltage to install a smart doorbell. Nicolas quickly identified that the problem was a bad transformer and replaced it at a reasonable price. I appreciated Nicolas' professionalism and will reach out to him for any future electrical needs.

This is a tricky review. When he is on site he is nothing short of professional, the issue is offsite. He is extremely slow to respond if he even responds at all and this is the only thing stopping it from being a five star review. Imagine your pro tells you he’ll be back tomorrow, and then you don’t hear back from him for days? Or he promises you a refund but you essentially have to stalk him for it? If he improved his communication it would help greatly.

Nicolas was very prompt with following up from my request to have a Smart Thermostat installed, he scheduled me the following day and kept me updated of his arrival between jobs before my scheduled appointment. He showed up with tools in hand ready to get the job done. Less than an hour later, I now have a new thermostat and Nicolas made sure it was functioning before he left my home. Will book him soon for a ceiling fan installation.
