Very professional. Due my tight budget, I was worried that the repair was going to be expensive. He assured me that he was going to do his best to keep the labor and materials inexpensive! He kept his promise! He also encouraged me to order the parts from amazon rather than the local parts store (Fox appliance)! The parts were over half the price on Amazon and I saved a ton of money due to Bahi’s recommendations!
