Erica is a true motivator! She is easy to talk to and she really understands the science of weight loss. She took the time to get to know my preferences and developed a customized plan that is easy to follow and get the results that I could see quickly. I lost 6 pounds the first week and have been making progress losing every week! I can call or text questions and she is quick to respond. She taught me options for exchanging food groups so the nutrition plan is flexible to suit my taste and keep on track. The same approach was taken regarding fitness: she found what I liked to do and suggested ways to keep it fresh, which motivated and challenged me to work harder. I made the choice to invest in myself and am happy that I chose Erica! I highly recommend her as a fitness and nutrition coach!

Omg! Erica is the best! She is more like a friend than a trainer. I love the fact she creates a meal plan and work out plan to your liking and what you can do physically! My personal experience working with Erica has been outstanding! Before working with her my weight was 196 currently im 174! She will give you the necessary tools you need to be successful its up to you to implement the tools and be consistent! Follow everything she says you will be just fine. I no longer crave unhealthy foods. Iam totally in control of what I eat! Thanks Erica for your help!

I first met Erica online when she organised an abs challenge on My Fitness Pal. I followed it for the 30 days and noticed a huge difference. I have been following her journey for a while now and I find her hugely inspiring both personally and as a coach.

I'am a retired Command Sergeant Major of 30 years with the US Army. I am an ex Drill Sergeant and Airborne Soldier who thought he knew physical fitness until I joined Erica's Fit4Life training program. Erica is an excellent master at her craft; she is incredibly bright with an in-debt knowledge of health and fitness. Her expertise in health and fitness is the epitome of the fitness industry. She has a spontaneous personality that makes fitness and clean eating fun. Erica is amazingly smart with the knowledge to help anyone, I mean anyone, achieve their fitness goals.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a person who values personal development and read a new book each month. Last month I completed "The Charge" by Brendon Burchard. This book has helped me look at high-preforming through a different lens. I have found a new energy to manage my time, influence others, and achieve more!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My weight loss journey allowed me to find my passion in helping others. Two years ago I created a Facebook Group page to help others achieve their health and fitness goals using some of the very same principles I’ve used in my journey. This group started off with 39 people and as of today there are over 1800 members apart of this group. I share daily tips, tricks, and monthly MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT challenges. I live, breathe, and think about nutrition and fitness. I am so glad I experienced that ankle injury because It allowed me to find myself in many ways. I didn't know how ambitious I was until I lost the weight and also this path has allowed me to meet so many people so that I can help them achieve their goals as well!!!
