Introduction: My work stands out because I've been a VEGAN 37+ years of the 39 years I've been on this earth!
I began learning as a 3 year young toddler standing in tge kitchen with my mother.
By the time I turned nine years young,I had a cook day making simple meals like salad,vaked potatoes and/or soup.
Then by the time I turned 11,I had a full blown cook day cooki g and preparing food for 35 people once or twice a week.
This background in cooking only enhanced my desire and love to perfect my cooking virtue,to please and put a smile on people's faces through the pleasurable,salivating,scrumptious yet healthy mealsthat give and expand life.
I love that it's a job that gives me great joy and pleasure knowing that while I'm satisfying someone's appetite,I am (too),giving them healthy and nourishing alternatives.
