I contacted Josh for a last minute mounting I needed done to have my room ready for my decorations. Josh responded in no time, asked me what I preferred not once but twice to make sure. I observed the quality of his work in my roommates bedroom and he didn’t hesitate to make sure I wanted my appointment at a certain time and to ask him any questions if needed. I had to change what I desired at the last minute but Josh kept it professional, purchased the mount I fell in love with, and even showed up promptly to my apartment with shoe covers ready (which I didn’t ask for but appreciated so much). Josh is OUTSTANDING. My television was up in 20 minutes tops. I’ll be using him for all my installation needs. He was incredible
