- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our crew isn’t the cheapest—but we’re not the most expensive, either. You can rest assured that in our hands, the work will be done right. To deliver high quality results, we often rely on quality materials and supplies. We price out each job carefully, and focus on selecting material that will last. We assure you that are prices are incredibly fair, and are based around making sure you have a product that you are satisfied with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide consultations at no charge. We want to understand your needs and overall goal. We also want you to feel understood as well! Homes can be stressful! Our homes are also our safe space. We want you to be comfortable in your home, and we also want to give you peace of mind that we are just a call away for current, as well as future home projects.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with, and want to work with, all kinds of customers! Our business typically works with homeowners, but we enjoy doing large commercial projects and making new relationships.
