Glass still dirty. They are manager said they can not remove the glue on the glass. And the people just clean 3 glasses and run away. And i still need pay the full payment. It’s terrible.

The service booked and performed was standard storefront window cleaning, which includes removal of surface-level dirt, grime, and buildup. Upon arrival, we discovered hardened adhesive/glue on the glass that could not be removed even with scrapers and standard window cleaning tools. This condition was not visible or disclosed prior to service and requires a specialized service we do not offer. Our team completed the agreed-upon service and spent time on site attempting to improve the appearance of the glass within the scope of what was booked. Unfortunately, adhesive removal and pressure washing fall outside standard window cleaning and must be handled by a specialist. We always strive to be transparent about what is and is not included in our services, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for others considering booking.
