- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't give pricing before seeing the job so that I can give you the most accurate and fair pricing. All of my estimates are free and there is no obligation to hire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with an on-site appointment and a free estimate. We can review the project in detail and the different options available for each project. I always send a detailed invoice with the final project decisions before the start of any project to ensure that every detail is correct.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years experience painting. I worked as a journeyman painter, training and learning in the industry before branching out on my own in 2005. I feel if you are not growing, you are dying. Same applies to the painting profession.
