Introduction: I have tutored private ESL clients for 7 years, from such diverse places as Germany, Nepal, Pakistan, Italy, Russia, Honduras, and Brazil, developing customized lessons according to the client’s need. Sessions typically focus on vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar, helping the client to be more confident when speaking English and to sound more like a native speaker. I also include information on etiquette and customs, current events, social situations, and how to give driving directions. Lessons can cover any area in which the client needs help, from office memos and written reports, to oral presentations and personal interviews. I am open to preparing specific lessons for areas such as technical writing. I am also available for proofreading/editing and as a virtual assistant.
