- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are proud to offer easy-to-understand upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, and there will only ever be an add-on if discussed prior to the work being performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the hallmarks of our service is quick, friendly response. When you reach out to Canopy, you can expect to hear back from us within 24 hours. You will receive an estimate, good for 60 days, within 48 hours of an on-site visit. We will call you 24-48 hours before work is to be performed and your project manager will touch base with you following completion to make sure you are totally satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an ISA-Certified Arborist led organization. We are members of the Tree Care Industry Association, which offers continuing education and training for our team. We are highly-trained, highly-skilled, knowledgeable, and ready to help you create and maintain a healthy and happy treescape.
