- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To find out their needs and how I can best excute their vision and make their event very stress free and memorable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught as far as the entertaining side but I attended and graduated from a Culinary Arts Program at Louisiana Technical College located in New Orleans, LA. for the baking side of my business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became hurt on the job and needed a way to make money to take care of my at that time, three small kids. I started doing storytelling at daycares and evolved as clients requested different things. It was very exciting to me to see how kids responded to the time I spent with them so instead of it just being something to help me out it became my new baby and I have enjoyed every aspect of it. I lost everything in Hurricane Katrina which is how I came here. I started doing my business for the Public Libraries here as well as private parties in an effort to grow here in Atlanta.
