From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with Sanchez Pro Services. Mr. Sanchez was prompt and gave me a fair price for repairing my deck. If I could select all five traits for Alex and his work, I would’ve done that. He was on time when he said he would be, he charged me exactly what he said he would and the work was great, and I believe he went above and beyond.

He came to install a chandelier and a ceiling fan, the chandelier was installed well but when he started with the fan he was missing a drill bit to remove the old fan that he mentioned needed to buy to complete the job, we coordinated for the next week, I confirmed by phone the day before so I make sure this is completed for what he replied that he was coming early the next day as planned and never came, never answered the phone nor message and left the fan in the floor for 2 weeks with an expectation of completion, not reliable at all.

Alejandro did great work for me in the backyard as a handyman (however he has lots of skills). He dug up some small bushes and then I had a large raised planter that needed soil removed and spread out on the ground and then covered with mulch. I explained to him what I wanted and he re-stated it, to be certain. The job went very well very. I am appreciative of his services. I will definitely use him again, highly recommend him for any job check out his other reviews to see what he does in addition to yard work.
