I was just looking for a quote to paint my half bath downstairs and ran into Y&C Paint and Cleaning- and I’m so glad I did! Started chatting with Carmen and she quoted me right away. I told her I had some leftover paint from a recent project and she said “we can come over today if that works for you”. The price was reasonable and I just wanted it fone ASAP so her husband Yovani showed up right at 2pm when she said he would. He went to work right away and completed it in about 4hrs. Carmen is a kind and gentle soul who knows her business. She is very communicative with her cleaning work and keeps me, the owner, very informed about my units. I hired her to clean 7 townhomes in my complex and she sends me pictures and text messages to validate the level of cleaning accomplished. The 'before' and 'after' pics are phenomenal in noting how great of job she has done. At this point, I plan to make her my primary cleaner for my complex. She has shown and added true value to my organization in only 1 week of work. As they say, the proof is in the pudding, and I am very pleased with her work ethic.

I usually price by the size of the house ( sq.ft) or (# of rooms) and the type of cleaning or work that going to need to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.- Get in touch with my new customer.
2.- Make an appointment for a free estimate.
3.- Talk with my customer about their expectations, priorities and concerns.
4.- Agree on price and service and set the date to start the project.
5.- Get the job done and make my customer happy!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started working for a couple 👫 that use to have their cleaning/painting company and we went through the training process and we started to learn more and more about the job we realize that we enjoyed doing this type of work ; so we work with them until we decide that we were ready to start our own company ... and now we’ve been doing it for a little over 8Years and now also are offering pressure washing,painting,trim and more services, we are thankful that people allow us to be part of their projects.
