- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices competitive , but also balanced for me as well. I usually have flat rate pricing , which is easier to adjust than hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself to them, I give them a quote, and I ask a series of questions,to determine the quote, when I am accepted for the client,I then schedule time,address,phone number,all pertinent information, Then on day of service I have client walk through the house so I can get a idea of lengthy of time that I will be in their homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I check into the new cleaners, I look at the reviews that are associated with cleaners and see how they will be beneficial to my work.
