And he knows his craft. Diego works at several places and knows the menus inside and out. Tell him what you like—or sometimes just let him figure you out—and his recommendations have an uncanny way of being exactly right. He’s much more than a bartender. He’s a mixologist, a host, and almost a butler in the old-school sense of the word: someone who understands that great hospitality is about anticipating what people need before they have to ask. He also brings real management experience, having managed bars and teams. He knows how to lead people, keep things moving, and execute when things get busy. Whether behind a bar, running a team, or taking care of guests at a private event, Diego knows what to say, what to do, and how to make people feel genuinely welcome. She spent so much time on the phone with me talking through ideas and sending me so many different inspiration pictures to make sure she got exactly what I wanted. We picked at different inspo until we got it perfect! She was so patient throughout the whole process and really cared about making my vision come to life. The setup was absolutely beautiful, and everyone at my party complimented it and took pictures in front of it! You can tell she puts so much love and effort into what she does.
