Although Immediate Service, LLC responded very quickly and were cordial, when they came out to fix our A/C, they quoted me nearly $700 to replace a circuitboard in my furnace that he said had been destroyed by condensation build-up. This quote seemed quite high to me, and I was also a little suspicious that he immediately offered an alternative quote to replace the furnace all together (the furnace I have is only nine years old). So I contacted four other HVAC contractors. They all consistently quoted me a price that was half of what Immediate Service, LLC quoted. I hired one of them to come help us. As it turns out, we didn't even need the new circuit board. The other contractor I hired repaired my system for merely the trip fee. Unless you love throwing money away on needless repairs, do not hire this company.
