- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 5% discounts on work that have multiple projects attached to them. Such as doing a wainscoting wall, window seat, living room shelves, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I come to your home to take measurements and look at the area I'll be working in. Then we discuss ideas by looking at past designs such as Pinterest or google. Once we find something that we can agree upon, I take it home and begin sketching up a design for that area. I then send over an invoice of all the items and my labor cost for you to approve. Once we agree on the numbers I take 50% upfront to begin the work and purchase material and 50% is due once the customer is satisfied with the final product.
