I am an out-of-state Real Estate Investor and typically have turn-key in place for the Atlanta area. But, when the owner of the company I usually contract with fell ill my hand was forced to look for a new contractor on very short notice. I put a request in with thumbtack.com and Erica Atlanta Homes bid for the job. They handled my projects quickly, professionally, and more importantly.......with VERY REASONABLE RATES on such SHORT NOTICE. I have been investing in Real Estate for many years and I have to say, my Atlanta based turn-key service has some explaining to do. I'm sorry to say they may have lost my business going forward. M. Overall the areas that were cleaned were done well. However, as a consumer who frequently gets their home cleaned at least two times a month, the owner provided below standard cleaning services. The cleaning professionals didn't even make the beds or remove the full trash bag from our over-sized trash can in the kitchen. For the owner to offer professional cleaning services and negate to either specify what services ( making beds ) are included in the rate and respond as such when I express my disappointment is simply a bad business practice. These are two simple, regular expectations to have when someone is cleaning your home and they were not done at all. Not even an attempt and with two people cleaning my town home at that. I wish I could say I found a new cleaning service, especially since the service I was using is going out of business, but unfortunately Impressive Turnkey is not my solution, nor can I recommend. Back to the drawing board.
