- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TF&B provides clients with an exceptional level of knowledge, skill, and craftsmanship, as well as, backing our work with a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. We try to maintain competitive pricing, however, TF&B is seldomly the cheap option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet and discuss the project. I need to gain an idea of the clients vision, so that I can provide an accurate estimate and inform the client of the steps necessary to make the process go smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TF&B stays up to date with the TCNA (Tile Council of North America) and NTCA (National Tile Contractors Association) standards and recommendations. As materials and products are changing and evolving, it is important to be knowledgeable in current installation methods. Our Lifetime craftsmanship warranty is made possible by applying this knowledge. TF&B also stays current with National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) standards, as well as, being involved in online forums with other companies and craftsman.
