We are so pleased with the work the 360 Painting crew did in our kitchen cabinets! William and his men were totally professional and took care of every detail in a prompt and efficient manner. Owner Spencer came out to give us a quote and he was very attentive and considerate to our situation. Niki, the production manager, came to oversee the launch and finalize our approval when it was completed. She was attentive as well and great to work with. We definitely would recommend 360 Painting of Kennesaw to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and discounts for first-time customers, as well as discounts for seniors and military vets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to better understand the customer's needs. Then we will set up a specific time to meet at the location to walk through all of the different part of the projects. At that time, we will go back through making all measurements and notes. Finally at that appointment we will provide the customer with a written quote.
We are always present at the start of any project to make sure that the project is in alignment between the customer and the painters. We never ask for full payment until the project is complete and satisfactory with the customer.
