This was a REAL TREAT. I definitely recommend this young man.
Let’s start with a great price.
As a property manager I can get gutters cleaned for as low as $40-50 IF the person is already there to do something else like cutting the grass or any other job. But that wasn’t the case, so the $65 is a GOOD Price. OLRich reached out the very same day I posted and asked to add me to his schedule a few days in advance, he was very professional and respectful and I immediately asked if he would want to add two more houses. We scheduled for the 29th, then he called. a day after and suggested to come out earlier since he cleared some time, unfortunately his car got broken into and he had to cancel. HE DID CALL me to let me know and wasn’t just a No Show like some people would do when they have a stressful day. We went back to the original date of the 29th, He called me to say when he was in route for the first property, verified the address and sent pictures of BEFORE and then AFTER.
He did not forget to do that for all properties, not even once. It was a seamless process and I did not even had to leave my office (home these days…) to check. I had a real pleasure tipping OLrich as I enjoyed his great attitude (no complaints on roofs being too steep or gutters too dirty. The Invoice was sent less than 10 min after the last house. You might think it’s not important, but I can tell you I’m always chasing contractors to provide these. And sometimes when they do, they try to make you sign a waiver, a contract or some other BS hoping you would not notice… not with OLrich, invoice was simply and clear.
Will definitely hire again for other houses and pressure washing.
