I apologize that you were not pleased with my work. I am not sure how I could have overcharged you when I never gave you an estimate. Also when I came and talked to you about not being able to finish I stated that I could come back tomorrow and you said that I could just finish next time. If I would have know that you were going to get someone else to finish I would have stayed and finished the job then. I was really behind that day because of all the rain that we had over the past week. I know that is not an excuse but that is why I stated that I had to go to the next job after I had been there for 3 plus hours.

I am sorry that you were not pleased with my work. I never said that your instructions were unclear, I stated that your instructions did not say to mow that slope. I provided the services that you requested through the app which were to mow, edge, trim, and blow (your yard, not your beds). I don’t understand how I am the one in the wrong when all I did was follow your instructions. Also I don’t think it is a good idea to get your boyfriend to call me and threaten to kill me just because you were upset with your self for not providing the correct instructions. I don’t understand how trying to black mail me into doing more than what was asked for is an appropriate response to the situation. You already refused to pay for my services and threatening my life does not help the situation.
