We used A Formal Image Limousine service for our daughter's prom. They were very prompt in getting back with me when I contacted them. The limo was clean and matched the pictures they shared with us. The chauffeur arrived early and was professional. The kids said that they enjoyed their night and that he was prompt in picking them up when they called him. I used this company as my limo service for my wedding. They picked me and my bridesmaids up from the salon and took us over to the city square for photographs. We were there for just a few minutes and they drove us to the wedding site. After the ceremony, they took our entire wedding party over to a nearby park for more photos, and then back to the wedding site. Our driver was professional and courteous. She was punctual and managed to navigate the city square very well - an area where parking is nearly impossible for a regular-sized car. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The most impressive thing about the service they offered was that although I had asked for a towncar limousine, I got a Hummer because the Towncar was unexpectedly unavailable. Now, the Hummer is not my style, not exactly my cup of tea, but I was upgraded at no cost and I appreciated that completely! Overall, I believe we received outstanding service and I would trust this company with any job in the future. Poor transportation could have really screwed up this day, and I'm grateful that everything went smoothly!

Billy is a gem and made our evening amazing. Awesome driver and great entertainer! He is extremely personable and takes pride in what he does. We made a mistake on the contract time; however they rose to the occasions and honored the last minute change. Transaction was a breeze. Will definitely be using their service again!!!

The Driver Leigh was excellent. However, the night before my scheduled service date, I received a voice-mail indicating the charter in front of mine added an additional half hour, delaying my pick up that was scheduled for 5 00pm to 530pm. This immediately caused me to be anxious because now I had to wonder if I would be contacted again to say it would be delayed further or maybe worse. I called to get an understanding of what was taking place and spoke to Bill who upon answering the phone was rude and unprofessional. He acted as if I did something wrong when it was actually me being inconvenienced since I had a scheduled plan for my daughter's sweet 16. He even had the nerve to ask if I wanted to cancel which I think was highly inappropriate. I called him out on his behavior and he began to tone it down. I started to file a complaint, but due to the amazing service of the driver, my daughter had an awesome night which took over the negative encounter I had with Bill. Other staff I had spoke to previously were kind. The company should always honor the contract and not allow things like this to happen especially when you've paid a deposit.

Some of our employees recently flew a well known airlines, 2 hours before departing they received a notification that their flight was being delayed. This notice didn't cause any of our employees to give the airlines a bad review, they sincerely appreciated the notice which helped them make plans on their destination. Though the courtesy is to contact a paying customer, apologize for the inconvenience and work out the arrangements as best as possible, this is what A Formal Image Limousines did and future customers with us will read through the concerted effort. Though the avenue in this case was to work out an alternative with a different limousine to try to make the time work for both or change the time, we did the best we could and future customers will agree. Customer service is always exceptional with A Formal Image Limousines and we look forward to continued service with each customer.
