DO NOT USE!! My daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy and needed to move to a more appropriate apartment. I schedule and confirmed this move. They text the night before to confirm that nothing had changed. I responded that nothing had changed and they responded that we were confirmed but they needed me to call and give them a bit more information. I called and got no answer. The next morning (move day) I called and left a detailed message. After driving from Nashville TN to Atlanta GA I texted and called with no response. Finally at 2:01 they called me back. I explained that I was waiting for them for the 2:00 move and his response was “oh, I didn’t know that was happening” I said you confirmed by text and I responded to double confirm. He said he did not get my text and I reminded him that he had replied to my text that we were set and I should call him. I believe that Quad did not want to work today. My daughter, 62 year old husband and I were left to move our daughter out of a third floor apartment with no elevator and no movers. Save yourself, use someone else...anyone else
