Introduction: I have developed techniques for both hair and make up to create beautiful results. I am steady and calm in stressful enviroments. I can "think outside the box" and use inginuety and experience to insure successful outcomes. Most of the time everything goes pretty much as it should, but when it doesn't, you are glad someone like me is there to handle it!
I never get bored. I get to meet so many people from so many different backgrounds. It makes for a fabulous "on the job" education.

Melody is a total pro...No, I mean she is a PRO! She's not just experienced, she's worked on some of the top names in Hollywood with repeat work (most important) from ALL of them. So when I asked her to do my wedding, I knew I was lucky to get someone who knows skin, lighting and how to make the look last for an all day affair...the most important day of my life.

Melody Knighton is a wonderful make-up artist and hair stylist! She has done my make-up and hair for multiple photo shoots and even given me a private lesson so I could do it on my own in the future. Her work was fantastic every time!! One of these photo shoots was recreating Marilyn Monroe, and it was AMAZING that she could make my face look so much like Marilyn's, and then teach me how to do that too!!
She is very reliable and always early to jobs. She also works hard and has great attention to detail! She can do very natural make-up and hair, and more stylized, and she is great wtih all of it!

I hired Melody Knighton to do my makeup for my wedding. Here's why I selected her. I had seen her artistry on other brides and loved how she made them all look so naturally beautiful. I have never liked being photographed, so I was worried about how to wear makeup that would be perfect in the photos and perfect in person. Melody knew just how to do exactly that for me.
