Job is complete. However, the hourly rate was more than other's quoted. The service is reliable and you feel that way so not knowing any other movers it's worth it. They did a good job.

Dakota and Chandler did a great job moving our VERY heavy entertainment armoire up to our second floor. It was a challenge, but they did it with no damage or injuries. They were very polite and while making the arrangements for the job Dakota responded to my emails immediately.

The guys came and moved two couches and a large recliner from my upstairs to our basement and did it flawlessly. They communicated well on when they would be there and even came back to pick up an additional requested item the next day to take it to the dump. Loved the service and loved using Thumbtack!
