Introduction: Hello My name is Tim Gowens. I have owned and operated www.tributarystudio.com since 2003. I am a professional guitar player with many years of experience in the music industry. I have been a worship leader and in the music ministry for 18 years and am interested in making recordings that have a positive message that will have a good impact on those who will hear your song. My studio is a professional Pro Tools studio with a network of ethically driven drug free studio musicians that can assist me in creating positive music but those musicians are additional. If you feel that your song will fit the environment that we offer, then please contact me for further discussion. I can be reached at 404-502-2643. My base rate is $50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. A full production song starts at $350 per song. (Which usually will take up to 7 hours of production time) Additionally we have package programs that you can take advantage of. The first time I met Tim I immediately was impressed with his sense of humor and his confidence in running his gear at Tributary. As a musician and artist, it really is paramount for me to feel relaxed in laying down tracks when the engineer "knows" what they are doing. It was great to see that he could work around a glitch which happens often in recording and solve it quickly. I am getting to know my friend more and he has a great place to lay down some amazing tracks for those who are looking to record a large project or just satisfy the need to put out a good demo to launch a music journey. Tim definitely has some of the best gear on the market I might add ( Pro Tools) NI Komplete 10 and Digi Tech guitar pedal board which carrys every effect that any guitarist would droll over. I will definitely refer other players and anyone desiring a "good house" to pump out their talent and skills.... Tributary Studios is the house!

Very professional experience. Great drum sounds. Tim has a good ear for mixing and a passion for spending the necessary time needed for getting the right sound. Tim is a good listener and wants each of his clients to have input in the way their projects sound. I would recommend his studio to anyone who needs professional recording and mixing

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am constantly having to learn new techniques to cater to my clients different request. So far I have been through 75 or so various classes on the systems I use.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been playing guitar in the music ministry for 18 years and have always had a passion for recording music. I love it.
