I love working with Shondreka with Execute Fitness!! Not only has she helped me reach weight loss goals, she’s educated me on how to use the food that I eat as FUEL for my body. Because of this, my relationship with food has changed (for the better!) and so have my tastebuds. She’s even influenced me to be more active! Now I do a monthly 4 mile hike at Kennesaw Mountain with my girlfriends! Shondreka is fantastic!!

I should be able to select all five qualities of my trainer. Work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, AND punctuality. I’ve learned so much from Shondreka in just a few short months of working with her…how to eat nutritious food and proper form when working out. My sugar addiction was horrible so I constantly text her for the first two weeks but Shondreka was very patient with me. 34 pounds GONE since 4/4!
